Serving Suggestions
- • This colorful and nutritious bibimbap is a meal in itself but can be complemented with a side of steamed edamame or a simple miso soup for a complete Korean-inspired experience. For a refreshing beverage pairing, try a chilled jasmine green tea, which will add a delicate floral note to the meal. If you're hosting a dinner party, consider serving this dish alongside other air-fried Korean appetizers like kimchi pancakes or crispy seaweed snacks. The versatility of the air fryer will allow you to prepare these delicious sides with minimal effort while keeping the focus on fresh, healthy ingredients.
Storage Tips
Store any leftover bibimbap components separately to maintain freshness. The cooked seitan and sweet potatoes can be kept in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. When ready to enjoy, reheat them in the air fryer at 350°F (175°C) for about 5 minutes until heated through. The gochujang yogurt sauce can be stored in a sealed container in the fridge for up to a week. Stir well before serving. The fresh vegetables should be kept in separate containers and used within 2 days for optimal freshness.
