Start your day with indulgent Steak & Cheese Breakfast Bombs, a flavor-packed meat lover's dream for the ultimate comfort breakfast.
Ingredients
- • Ribeye steak: 8 oz, thinly sliced
- • Bacon: 4 slices, chopped
- • Cremini mushrooms: 1 cup, sliced
- • Yellow onion: 1 small, finely chopped
- • Garlic: 2 cloves, minced
- • Butter: 2 tbsp
- • Crescent roll dough: 1 can (8 rolls)
- • Cheddar cheese: 1 cup, shredded
- • Cream cheese: 4 oz, softened
- • Worcestershire sauce: 1 tbsp
- • Salt: 1 tsp
- • Black pepper: 1/2 tsp
- • Olive oil: 1 tbsp
- • Fresh parsley: for garnish

Instructions
- 1 Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- 2 In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chopped bacon and cook until crispy. Remove the bacon with a slotted spoon and set aside.
- 3 In the same skillet, add the sliced mushrooms and chopped onion. Sauté for 5-6 minutes until the onions are translucent and the mushrooms are browned. Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute.
- 4 Push the vegetables to one side of the skillet and add the sliced steak. Season with salt and black pepper, and cook until browned, about 3 minutes. Stir in the Worcestershire sauce and mix everything together. Remove from heat.
- 5 In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked steak mixture, crispy bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, and cream cheese. Mix until well combined.
- 6 Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate into triangles. Place a heaping tablespoon of the steak and cheese mixture onto the wide end of each triangle.
- 7 Roll up each triangle, starting from the wide end, and place seam side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- 8 Melt the butter and brush over the tops of the breakfast bombs. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- 9 Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before garnishing with fresh parsley. Serve warm.
Serving Suggestions
- • Pair these Steak & Cheese Breakfast Bombs with a side of creamy scrambled eggs or a fresh fruit salad to balance out the indulgence. For a complete brunch experience, consider serving with a refreshing mimosa or a strong cup of coffee to complement the rich, savory flavors. For a particularly indulgent touch, drizzle a bit of hollandaise sauce over the top of each bomb before serving. This will add an extra layer of creaminess that pairs perfectly with the savory steak and cheese filling.
Storage Tips
Store any leftover breakfast bombs in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To reheat, place them in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10 minutes, or until warmed through. Avoid using the microwave as it may make the dough soggy. For freezing, wrap each bomb individually in plastic wrap, then place them in a freezer-safe bag. They can be frozen for up to 2 months. To reheat from frozen, bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes.
